Welcome, I’m Rachel Parga—Founder of Lancashire Wellness and a passionate advocate for transformation and healing.

My life hasn’t always been as wonderful as it is now. I deeply understand what it’s like to feel the grip of internal chaos, having faced challenges like childhood trauma, homelessness, divorce, and depression.
​
Through my own healing journey, I discovered the profound power of hypnotherapy, which transformed my life many years ago. I look back and see that this path of self-discovery and healing brought me to my greatest joy—becoming a guide for others on their journey to reconnect with their authentic selves and live freely, peacefully, and meaningfully.

I am currently based in Zambia and have had a few hypnotherapy sessions with Rachel over zoom. Hypnotherapy has literally changed my life. While I've always been aware of improving myself, and that my own excuses and limiting beliefs were holding me back, applying the "just do it" approach wouldn't really work for me.
Enter hypnotherapy...! I am now calmer, and have more clarity and control over my priorities in life in a way I used to only dream of achieving. My career goals as well as my relationships and general demeanour are all the more smoother and richer now!
Will
Bob & Rachel have delivered a number of ‘well-being’ workshops for the college now on Mindfulness, Mindset & Resilience. They’ve delivered workshops onsite/online and on all occasions staff and students have come away with a greater understanding of self and practical guidance.
