"You are not here to shrink, sacrifice, or stay stuck. You are here to rise—boldly, unapologetically, and in full alignment with who you were meant to be."

Rachel Parga

Q: What inspired you to create the Maxcebo® Method?

Rachel: I wanted a system that doesn’t just help people change—but helps them truly awaken. Maxcebo® blends psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality to break deep-seated patterns, unlock potential, and create lasting transformation. It’s about stepping into who you were always meant to be.

Q: How does your NHS work complement your private practice?

Rachel: It gives me the opportunity to support people at every stage of their journey. I bridge the gap between healthcare and holistic wellness, helping people take back control of their health—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Q: You’re passionate about helping women who give everything to others. Why?

Rachel: Because I see them sacrificing themselves daily. They’ve been taught to hold everything together, but at what cost? I want them to know: *You matter. Your needs matter. It’s time to reclaim your power and take up space in your own life.

Q: What does balancing masculine and feminine energy mean in real life?

Rachel: It’s about owning both your strength and softness. Hustle, but also rest. Lead, but also listen. When we embrace both energies, we stop burning out and start thriving.

Q: You talk about building a movement of ‘warrior women.’ What does that mean?

RachelIt’s about rewriting the narrative. No more burnout, no more self-sacrifice. This is a new era—one where women rise, set boundaries, and live with bold, unapologetic authenticity.

Q: For someone feeling stuck, what’s the first step toward change?

RachelDecide. Decide that you deserve more. Then take one small, intentional step toward it. Transformation begins the moment you say YES to yourself.

"The path to a healthier, balanced life starts with one simple step. Small changes, made with intention, can transform your whole world."

– Karen Broadley

Q: Karen, you help people create balanced, healthy lifestyles. What’s the first step towards making lasting change?

KarenThe first step is always the hardest, but it’s the most important. Start simple. Focus on just one small change—whether it’s eating better, moving more, or managing stress. This will set you on the path to something bigger.

Q: Why is an individualized approach to wellness so crucial?

Karen: Because everyone’s journey is unique. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. I work with each client to create a plan that fits their life, values, and goals. It’s all about making changes that feel relevant and sustainable.

Q: Many people feel overwhelmed when it comes to making lifestyle changes. How do you help them navigate this?

Karen: Overwhelm is common, but it doesn’t have to hold you back. My role is to break things down into manageable steps. We’ll focus on the areas of your life that matter most, and as we make small adjustments, you’ll see how interconnected everything is—healthy changes in one area can ripple out to create improvement across the board.

Q: What are some common health concerns you help people address?

Karen: I support people with weight management, preventing type 2 diabetes, managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms, reducing stress, and incorporating mindfulness. Often, addressing one area of wellness can positively impact others.

Q: What’s your advice for someone looking to start their wellness journey?

KarenStart with one thing that feels doable and relevant to you. Whether it’s improving your diet, getting more sleep, or finding time to relax—small changes can have a huge impact. The most important thing is to take that first step.
